Examples are as follows and where FairBreak uses additional services in relation to its Sites the privacy policies of those additional services will apply to the use of those services:

User Submitted Data

If you are permitted to register as a user on our Sites and/or you voluntarily submit form or other comment data or file uploads, we store your data and personal information submitted.

If you are not a registered user of the Service or have not submitted any form or related file uploads, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding you or another person. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information. Site Analytics

The information generated by these cookies is usually sent to Google servers in the USA and is also stored there. FairBreak has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour to be able to optimise the user experience when visiting this Site and also advertising on it (where implemented). This Site also uses the demographic features of Google Analytics which allow obtaining reports about the average age, gender and interests of Site visitors.
